Privacy Policy
How MaDMack collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Who we are
MaDMack is a trading name operated by Marcin Ladwik, based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. We build AI tools for professional firms.
If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at marcin@madmack.uk or 07462 173 803.
What data we collect
We only collect data you give us directly. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your firm or company name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The message you send us
- How you heard about us (optional)
We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Storage in your browser
The deadline tracker on our demo page saves whatever you type into it directly in your own browser, using local storage. That information stays on your device. It is never sent to us and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it. We use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Discuss and deliver the services you've asked about
- Follow up if we don't hear back from you
We will not use your data to send you unsolicited marketing. We will not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required to deliver the service (see Netlify below).
Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, our legal basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interests: you have contacted us to discuss a service, and we process your data in order to respond. Where you proceed to purchase a service, the basis becomes contract performance.
Third-party services
Netlify: our contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. Netlify is a US-based company that processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the UK. You can read their privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools on this site.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years from last contact. If you become a client, we retain relevant project data for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to how we use your data
- Ask us to restrict processing
- Complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, email marcin@madmack.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. We will not retrospectively reduce your rights without notifying you directly.
